We have a 14 unit Townhouse complex by Lake Edgar Brown with 2 and 3 bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, central vaccuum, and laundry hook-up in outside storage room. The 2 bedroom apartments have 1,244 square feet and rent for $450.00 per month, with a $450.00 security deposit due at signing, of which $100.00 is non-refundable. The 3 bedroom apartments have 1,584 square feet and the same ammenities as the 2 bedroom apartments. They rent for $500.00 per month with a $500.00 security deposit due at signing, of which $100.00 is non-refundable. No pets allowed.
We also manage an 8 unit rental complex on Vaughan Street in Barnwell. It is a traditionally styled complex with a total of 7,150 square feet. There are four 2 bedroom units and four 3 bedroom units, all with upstairs bedrooms. Each unit has a living room, eat-in-kitchen, one bath, central heat and air, carpet, and the water bill is paid by the owner. Included appliances are stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and disposal. Property consists of .67 acres zoned multi-family in quiet residential area. The 2 bedrooms rent for $395.00 per month with a security deposit of $395.00 due at signing. The 3 bedrooms rent for $420.00 per month with a security deposit of $420.00 due at signing.
